Henrike
I would love us human beings to live according to nature. To breath. In and out. Cyclical. In balance. Free. To deal with things just as they are. To bow down. That we care for and serve each other and the world. Meanwhile life takes care of us.
vision
We live in a time in which we are all constantly improving ourselves. The core belief seems that we are, or life is, just not good enough as it is.
I aspire a world where there is no aiming for the next but a celebration of the now. A colourful diversity in which life itself invites us.
My way has been an attempt of resonating with the present moment, with all its ups and downs, highs and lows. To come back home, meditation and mindfulness help me. Deep listening to life allows to be a vessel for others. I try to perceive. Sometimes, when blessed, we can hear the invitation to freedom.
values
Authenticity — To be honest. Life is a gift; we owe it to life to live it as authentically as possible.
Reverence — Comes from bowing down to life. Being humble, honouring the human experience and nature.
Equanimity — Opening up to the sky and at the same time being rooted in the earth. Behaving from calm waters.
Patience — Just like nature, the inner process cannot be forced. Patiently waiting until we are ready. Being with what is.
Femininity — Blessed body that creates life and can give birth. Being strong for the community, caring for spaces to meet. Motherly love. Tenderness and strength.
Courage — Standing tall and not giving up. Going through it and staying with it. Speaking truth, setting boundaries.
My experience
Life formed me. I am a certified pedagogue, a mindfulness teacher, (MBSR), a facilitator of systemic constellation work and the founder of the Jagadambar approach.
I have worked with young adults and long-term unemployed women, as pedagogic leader for 11 school childcare-Teams, as leader from a communal integration center and as an overall coordinator of a state-subsidized project on mindfulness and addiction prevention in schools.
Meditation, Yoga and Mother Nature carried me through moving times. Life teaches and challenges, asks me to be truthful, to stand tall … and humble and soft when the time is right.
I am grateful to live. To experience moments full of freedom and joy.
